Inventory Items (Ready to Ship)

If an item is already available in our U.S. inventory, the delivery timeline is significantly faster.

Estimated delivery time: Up to 3 weeks, depending on your region within the United States.

All tracking information will be provided through the courier responsible for your shipment.

Handcrafted Production Timeline

All of our pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans across South Asia. Because each item is made with care and precision, production typically requires:

  • 2–3 weeks for handmade creation
  • Additional time for quality checks and packaging

These timelines ensure every piece meets our standards before it leaves the workshop.

International Shipping & Transit Time

Once your order is completed, it is shipped internationally. Delivery time varies depending on:

  • Origin country
  • Courier availability
  • International transit routes
  • Customs processing

Most international shipments arrive within 15–30 days after dispatch.

Customs Clearance

All orders pass through international customs. Clearance times may vary, and in some cases can extend the delivery window. We manage customs and duties on your behalf, so you will never be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery.

Estimated Total Delivery Window

From the moment you place your order:

  • Handmade production: 2–3 weeks
  • International shipping + customs: up to 30 days

Total estimated delivery time: 45–60 days

Tracking Information

Tracking availability depends on the courier and shipping method used.

  • Some shipments only receive tracking updates once they reach major international hubs
  • Freight or consolidated shipments may show limited or delayed tracking
  • Transfers between carriers can create temporary gaps in tracking visibility
  • As soon as tracking becomes available, we will share it with you.

Delayed Shipments & Automatic Refunds

If your order has not been delivered within 60 days from the date of purchase:

  • Your payment will be automatically refunded to the original card used
  • You do not need to file a claim
  • Refunds are processed immediately once the 60‑day window is exceeded

This policy ensures you are fully protected against unexpected delays.
