Warranty Coverage

90‑Day Limited Warranty

All metal, wood, and fabric goods purchased from Celestial are covered by a 90‑day limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Examples of issues covered under warranty include:

• Structural defects caused during manufacturing
• Faulty joints, welds, or hardware
• Stitching or assembly errors
• Material defects present at the time of delivery

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or wear resulting from:

• Normal use, aging, or general wear and tear
• Weather exposure (sun, rain, humidity, heat, cold)
• Fading, discoloration, or fabric/wood aging
• Improper cleaning, washing, or chemical use
• Scratches, dents, stains, or marks caused after delivery
• Misuse, neglect, or improper handling
• Modifications or alterations made by the customer
• Accidental damage caused by the customer or third parties

Any damage that occurs after delivery due to environmental conditions or customer handling is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

• Clear photos and/or videos of the defect
• Photos of the product from multiple angles
• Proof of purchase
• A description of the issue

Claims must be submitted to info@celestial-oe.com within the 90‑day warranty period.

Incomplete claims or claims lacking evidence may be denied.

Warranty Resolution

If a manufacturing defect is verified, Celestial will determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion. Resolution may include:

• Repair
• Replacement of the defective part
• Replacement of the item
• Store credit

Refunds are not issued for warranty claims.

Exclusions for Natural Materials

Because wood and metal are natural materials, variations such as:

• Grain patterns
• Minor color differences
• Natural knots
• Texture variations
• Slight surface irregularities are normal characteristics, not defects, and are not covered under warranty.

Fabric Exclusions

Fabric components are also subject to normal wear and environmental conditions. The following issues are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under warranty:

• Fading or discoloration from sunlight, moisture, or cleaning agents
• Pilling, fraying, or thinning due to normal use
• Stains, spills, or marks caused after delivery
• Shrinkage, stretching, or distortion from washing or improper cleaning
• Damage caused by pets, sharp objects, or abrasion
• Odors, mildew, or moisture‑related issues
• Any damage resulting from improper care, washing, or chemical treatments

Only verified manufacturing defects, such as loose stitching, faulty seams, or assembly errors, are covered under the 90‑day warranty.

Final Warranty Statement

This 90‑day limited warranty applies only to verified manufacturing defects. Celestial reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the warranty criteria or that result from misuse, environmental exposure, or normal wear.
