Shipping & Delivery

Inventory Items (Ready to Ship)

If an item is available in our U.S. inventory, estimated delivery time is up to 3 weeks, depending on your region.Handmade & Imported Items

Handcrafted items sourced from South Asia require:

  • 2–3 weeks for production
  • Up to 30 days for international shipping and customs clearance

Total estimated delivery time: 45–60 days.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided through the courier responsible for shipment. Tracking visibility may vary depending on carrier, international hubs, and customs processing.

Delayed Shipments

If your order is not delivered within 60 days from the purchase date:

  • Your payment will be automatically refunded to the original card
  • No claim or request is required

  • Any changes requested after design approval may result in additional fees or extended production time.
